Steven J. Fishman has over thirty years of experience in providing tax, accounting and business advisory services specializing in working with high net worth individuals and small to medium sized closely held businesses, primarily in the real estate, manufacturing, distribution, health care, and entertainment industries.
Mr. Fishman graduated from the University of California, at Los Angeles in June 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts with a degree in Economics and received his CPA certificate in December of 1980. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Fishman specializes in tax and financial planning for complex transactions and issues, which require financial analysis, creative solutions, strategic planning, and sensitive interpersonal interaction. Mr. Fishman has been with Fishman, Block + Diamond, LLP for over twenty-two years and began his career at Kenneth Leventhal & Company (now part of the real estate group at Ernst & Young).
Mr. Fishman has been active in the community including serving as the president of a local chapter of the City of Hope and a board member and Treasurer for a local little league. He is also involved as a local board member of Birthright Israel.

Gary Diamond has over thirty years of experience in providing a complete range of accounting and financial services to both the closely held businesses and the related individual owners. These services include financial statement and tax return preparation, financial and estate planning and management consultation. Mr. Diamond represents small to medium sized closely held businesses in the wholesale, manufacturing and distribution, import and export, real estate, retail, non-profit, health care, and entertainment industries.
Mr. Diamond graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting. Mr. Diamond is both a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Diamond specializes in personal and business consulting, which requires analysis of client's short and long-term goals and then combines analytical and creative strategies to address and achieve these goals. Mr. Diamond has been a partner with two other firms over the last twenty years before merging his practice and forming Fishman, Block + Diamond, LLP in 2002.
Mr. Diamond has been active in the community including serving as Chief Financial Officer at his children's Middle School for over eight years and Treasurer of his Homeowners Association for over ten years. He is also on the Board of Directors at a private social and golf club for over six years.

Beth Bloomfield directs the audit, accounting and quality control practice at Fishman, Block + Diamond, LLP. Ms. Bloomfield's experience encompasses all forms of financial reporting services, including audits, reviews and compilations for closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. Ms. Bloomfield joined Fishman, Block + Diamond, LLP in 1985 and has over twenty-five years of public accounting firm experience. Ms. Bloomfield services the firm's clients engaged in real estate, construction, service, health care, entertainment, transportation, distribution, manufacturing, and retail businesses.
Ms. Bloomfield specializes in performing nontraditional engagements including internal accounting control reviews, business efficiency assessments, due diligence in acquisition and sales of businesses, litigation support and other engagements requiring skilled financial analysis. She also has a strong background in representing clients of the firm with retirement plans including defined contribution and defined benefit pension and profit sharing plans. Her areas of expertise include pension plan accounting and administration, required Internal Revenue Service filings, and has successfully defended clients in both Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor audits.
In addition, Ms. Bloomfield provides services including tax planning, preparation, and review of Federal, California, local, and multi-state tax returns of partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. She has successfully represented the firms' clients in income tax, sales tax and Los Angeles county business tax audits.
Ms. Bloomfield graduated from California State University at Northridge with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. She lives in Thousand Oaks and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Beth serves the community as an active member of Temple Adat Elohim located in Thousand Oaks, California.

Theresa A. Haney has over twenty years of experience in providing tax services for high net worth individuals and privately held businesses in the real estate, entertainment, manufacturing, distribution, health care and service industries.
Ms. Haney's involvement in the tax field includes tax planning, preparation and the review of Federal, California, local, and multi-state taxes of individuals, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies and non-profit organizations. She also consults in the area of estate planning, including preparation of estate, gift and fiduciary tax returns. Ms. Haney enjoys the sensitive interpersonal interaction that these areas require.
Ms. Haney routinely and successfully represents the firm's clients in tax controversy issues with the Internal Revenue Service, California Franchise Tax Board, local and out of state taxing authorities.
Ms. Haney joined Fishman, Block + Diamond, LLP in June of 1990.
Ms. Haney graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Dominguez Hills with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. She received her CPA certificate in May of 1989. Ms. Haney is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. Haney has been active in her community and is currently involved in various fundraising and charitable activities affiliated with St. Jude Catholic Community in Westlake Village, CA.
