Dear Client,

For those of you who have delayed your payment of any 2024 Federal and CA balance due payments, and have delayed your 2025 first three quarters estimates under the Los Angeles wildfire disaster area declaration, please make sure to review your projections and our emails advising you of the amounts so that you arrange to have the funds to make the required payments, and not be surprised. This also applies if you made the pass-through entity tax election as these payments were delayed as well. We will be completing your returns as quickly as we can in the next several weeks but wanted to give you advance notice as we all tend to forget about these types of “one-off events” that delay payments. If you have any questions, as always, please reach out to us.
