Theresa has over thirty years of experience in providing tax services for high net worth individuals and privately held businesses in the real estate, entertainment, manufacturing, distribution, health care, and service industries.
Theresa’s involvement in the tax field includes tax planning, consulting, preparation and the review of Federal, California, local, and multi-state taxes of individuals, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies and non-profit organizations. She also consults in the area of estate planning, including the preparation of estate, gift, and fiduciary tax returns. Theresa enjoys the sensitive interpersonal interaction that these areas require.
Additionally, Theresa routinely and successfully represents the firm’s clients in tax controversy issues with the Internal Revenue Service, California Franchise Tax Board, local and out-of-state taxing authorities.
Theresa graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Theresa is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Theresa is active in her church community and is involved in charitable activities affiliated with her church. In her free time Theresa loves spending time with her family and enjoys traveling, hiking, zumba and practicing vinyasa yoga.
